   Mammoth-LT is the entry-level tape drive in the Exabyte MammothTape technology family of tape drives and libraries. With its 14 GB cartridge capacity (28 GB compressed) and 2 MB/second transfer rate (4 MB/second compressed), the Mammoth-LT drive offers 8505XL, Eliant 820 and DDS-3 users an inexpensive way to move up to advanced MammothTape technology with its compelling roadmap.
