Great productivity for colour and monochrome: 16 ppm. High spec CPU and ASIC are exclusively used for high-speed image processing. Adopting 350MHz high spec RISC CPU, and implementing 100MHz bus, the DocuPrint C1618 achieves high compression and high-speed processing by Quick Contone Imaging (QCI) technology. The DocuPrint C1618 enables users to output in the most suitable print mode for a document. In super fine mode, the DocuPrint C1618 realizes the high quality of real 1200x1200dpi to produce small characters and fine lines with fidelity. The DocuPrint C1618 reduces warm-up time to less than 30 seconds, adopting the free belt nip fuser, a newly developed high speed power-saving type of fusers, instead of existing roll fuser that takes several minutes to warm-up. The DocuPrint C1618 has a standard (500 sheets) tray module and manual feed tray (100 sheets) that supports heavy weight and various sized papers. It also has an optional tray module (two stack tray of 500 sheets each) for maximum capacity of 1,600 sheets (P papers).
