汉王 速录笔V586在线问题

我从武汉“汉王科技” 公司购买了“汉王速录笔V586”， 将光盘软件在我的“ＩＢＭ” 笔记本电脑上安装后, 桌面显示出“汉王速录笔V586” 的三个图标。再将速录笔连接电脑, 弹出“找到新的硬件向导”， 选择“自动安装软件”，单击“下一步”， 系统加载驱动时，中途变为兰屏，显满屏的英文字符（附后），桌面图标和光标全都消失，无法再操作，只能强行关机。将速录笔断开连接，再重启电脑，双击桌面“汉王速录笔V586” 图标，则提示“警告： 请检查程序是否已运行”。 这是什么原因？如何解决？ 请即复至：Lun3927@qq.com. 谢谢! 附兰屏上的英文字符： A prob 7 em has been detected and.
