您好!
您提供的系统日志是PPPOE正常拨号的过程,没有掉线时的信息。
网络掉线可能的原因很多。宽带本身异常、内网病毒攻击,网络中某一个设备或网线故障等等都可能导致网络出现掉线情况。
1,掉线时,如果电脑可以登录路由器界面,请将此时系统工具——系统日志界面信息完整的复制一份发给我们;
2,如果掉线时,电脑无法打开路由器管理界面:
1)请确保路由器本身工作是否正常。可在当时查看路由器系统指示灯的状态进行判断;
2)排查内网是否存在病毒或者恶意攻击,如ARP欺骗等。可尝试在电脑和路由器上做双向IP/MAC地址绑定,设置方法请参考:http://service.tp-link.com.cn/detail_Article_95.html;
3)如果是无线掉线,请确保信号质量比较好,同时尽量避免无线干扰。
