tp link tl wr740n WAN口一直显示正在连接，其他数据均为零如题...不管是重启电脑还是重启路由器，或者恢复路由器的出厂设置，都没有任何作用，请问到底是什么原因引起的

如果您在WR740N路由器上设置完PPPOE拨号，但连接不上互联网，请将WR740N路由器管理界面的“系统工具”--“系统日志”整个页面的内容保存并发送给我们，以方便分析。
一台电脑直接连宽带上网时，电脑上是否用系统自带的“宽带连接”拨号？还是其他的拨号软件？请简要描述。
