DONT USE DOPODDopod 800 is a very fragile, slow and average machine, what is worst is that the warranty for phone set replacement is a ridiculous 7days(which is the period their engineers allow for your phone usage), which is worst than what "Shuei-Huo" (Smuggled) phone set suppliers can do for you. I visited their repair centres in Shanghai, full of complaining customers who regreted decision to buy Dopod products. They will tell you all the grand mother stories, and will blame the softwares the chips which they want moneies before they repairs but they would not replace the handset after 7 Days even if there are nothings else for them to blame. I have followed DOPOD recommendation replacing chip, reload softwares and replace other parts but DOPOD would not replace the DOPOD which failed to track the GPS satellite even after 6 months of trying. If this is in Taiwan,DOPOD would have to replace the set within 1 year for whatever damage. What is given to China customers are shortchanging us despite the higher price of RMB7000 we paid for them. THis is shameful acts of deceits. It just sound like a very rotten company with no honesty and guts to face customers, and I have blacklisted the company's products from my company's supplier's list. You would be doing yourself a great favours of avoiding any heartache to stay away from DOPOD. I am always proud of Taiwanese companies like TSMC, Asus and Giant, but DOPOD made feel ashamed of Taiwan.
